Pararius reported that the supply of rental homes fell by almost 13% in the latest quarter, which it attributed mainly to landlords selling properties in response to a higher tax burden and new rental rules. A single report said the average monthly rent had risen above €1,900, while homes were remaining available for longer and attracting fewer responses. Another single report put the year-on-year fall in responses at 42.5%. A single report said rents in Tilburg had eased over the previous three months, while rents in Den Bosch remained higher.
