A car left the road on the Rijksweg in Dorst on Tuesday, struck a road sign and crashed into the front of a house. The driver, described in one report as elderly, was injured and treated by paramedics; no other casualties were reported. The collision caused major damage to the facade, including a large hole beneath a window, and also damaged a second home. The road was closed while emergency services responded. The cause remains unknown.
