A bus caught fire while travelling on the N371 in Hoogersmilde, Drenthe, on Monday morning. The driver noticed the fire, pulled over and all passengers and the driver left the vehicle safely.

The bus burned out, leaving its metal frame. The cause of the fire is not clear.
