Brothers prepare to take over cleaning company with deaf staff

Anthony Voskuilen, 35, and his brother Zino, 31, have been preparing since last year to take over their father’s cleaning company. About nine in ten of the company’s employees are deaf.

The brothers said they want the company to become the Netherlands’ deaf cleaning company and aim to grow to 100 employees within five years. As teenagers, they had preferred stocking shelves at a supermarket to working in their father’s company.
