The municipality of Borne was ordered to pay De Zwanenhof an advance of €175,000 as overdue compensation for accommodating more than 100 Ukrainians. De Zwanenhof, a former retreat centre in Zenderen, argued that it was entitled to higher remuneration and was successful in court.
