◆7 sources

Booking.com and its works council appeared before the Amsterdam subdistrict court over the company’s plan to require its more than 6,000 employees in the Netherlands to work from the Amsterdam office at least two days a week. The works council opposed the policy. The court’s preliminary ruling was that Booking.com may require office attendance. It considered spending 40 percent of working time in the office reasonable.
