After 14 years of experimentation, construction planning and efforts to secure financing, BioBTX is preparing to begin construction of a factory in Delfzijl. The company plans to recover the chemical building blocks benzene, toluene and xylene from old plastic. The first foundation pile is expected to be driven soon.
