The curator of a bankrupt employment agency from Emmeloord is seeking nearly €4 million from its directors and affiliated companies. He alleges that money was transferred away shortly before the bankruptcy, leaving creditors facing losses of millions.

A later bankruptcy report said that more than €1.4 million was still owed to the bankrupt Emmeloord taxi company Vloettax. Although much of the outstanding debt had been collected, it did not appear sufficient to repay all creditors, leaving many of them without full payment.
