Assen's municipal executive does not want to allocate another €225,000 for a floating music stage on the Vaart during next year's TT Festival. The TT Week Assen Foundation wants to install the pontoon-based stage for a third time, but the executive considers the funding financially too vulnerable.

The city council still has to decide on the proposal.
