A 31-year-old man from Rotterdam, identified in one report as a resident of Pernis, was arrested on 19 October on suspicion of fraud involving Eredivisie season tickets. Police said he allegedly hacked season-ticket holders’ accounts and resold their login details.

The case involved nearly 50 affected cardholders. One report said they were spread across 15 Eredivisie clubs.
