Police arrested two men, aged 41 and 43 and from The Hague, after they were caught allegedly breaking into a flat on Kalenbergplaats in Tilburg on 5 October. An officer who saw them at the entrance kept them under observation, then called for backup after seeing them rush after someone into the building.

Officers secured the flat and entered it, where the two men were arrested. Police found burglary tools, including a lock puller, and a firearm carried by one of the suspects.
