Police and forensic investigators examined the Apple Store on Grote Houtstraat in Haarlem after a possible theft that was reported to have taken place there the previous night. Firefighters were also present at the store for a time. Staff members were outside a closed door and said they did not know what had happened, while customers were told the store would probably remain closed that day.

Police have not said what may have been stolen and have provided no further details about the incident.
