The Amsterdam court ruled that it has jurisdiction to include Booking Holdings, the US parent company of Booking.com, and its Singapore-based sister platform Agoda in a mass-claim case. The case was brought by the Consumers’ Association and the Consumer Competition Claims Foundation.
