The Eleven Cities Hall in Leeuwarden was evacuated on Tuesday evening after an ammonia leak, when about 400 people were in the building, according to its director Klaas Siderius. The hall is now closed for the coming days after a further malfunction that Siderius said was the same as the one earlier in the week.
