An internal AI test at Compassion International reportedly identified thousands of sponsor letters that might contain potentially inappropriate behaviour. Employees read every letter, but the test examined whether AI could also detect patterns of unwanted behaviour. Dutch charities said they did not recognize this picture, while seeing possible opportunities for using AI.
