The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) fined finfluencer Janneke van den Brink, who operates as Financial Free Woman, for promoting or communicating about illegal asset management through social media and her website. Reports gave different amounts for the fine: €195,000 in one report and €142,500 in another.
