The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has opened an investigation into pharmaceutical company Biogen over possible abuse of a dominant position related to medication for multiple sclerosis. The regulator is examining how Biogen makes blood tests available, a practice that may affect prices, supply and patients’ freedom of choice.
