John Huigen, 72, and Ans Huigen, 70, decided to move to a smaller house and are having a new home built. They said the decision caused sleepless nights, but they celebrated after making it. Because they have experienced how difficult downsizing can be for people over 55, they hired a moving coach to help them prepare for the next phase of their lives.
