The news broadcasts on 7 and 9 October 2026 covered several local topics. The 7 October broadcast discussed fewer essay assignments at the University of Amsterdam because of concerns about fraud involving artificial intelligence, efforts by the Jewish Boaz and Muslim Oumaima to continue their dialogue, and the removal of trampolines in the Rivierenbuurt. The 9 October broadcast reported that dozens of schools in the city were giving extra attention to acceptance of gay people for Purple Friday, extensive damage caused by a fire in a crawl space at a garage near the Olympic Stadium, and a running club for athletes with Parkinson’s disease.
