The complaints institute Kifid reportedly ruled that a woman was right after an insurer refused to reimburse €7,000 in funeral expenses following her mother’s death. The dispute concerned unclear health questions in the insurance questionnaire, which Kifid said could lead to an unfair refusal of payment.

A review committee warned that unclear questions could cause similar disputes in other cases.
