Former builder Raymond Janssen, 45, is opening a sandwich shop this month despite having no experience in hospitality. He bought the property in June, when it reportedly had rats, holes and overgrown weeds, and has almost completely renovated it himself.

Janssen described the venture as an adventure, and plans to pursue another activity alongside the sandwich shop.
