Concerns about care at Tamarinde nursing home

Family members of residents at the Tamarinde nursing home in Overvecht said they were concerned about the quality of care. They described incidents including residents’ diapers hanging down to their knees, feces under fingernails and staff members whose whereabouts could not be traced.

The family members said they had complained to the management for a long time, but that little had changed. One relative said the care was not what her mother would have wanted.
