Tanna and Bianca arrived at the registration center in Ter Apel at around 10:30 p.m. in a Fiat Panda carrying six tents and sleeping bags from MiGreat, along with a crate of provisions. They intended to distribute them to people who had to spend the night outside, although they did not know whether the supplies would be needed.
