From Sunday 25 October, the traffic lights at the intersection of the Bluekapelseweg and Alexander Numankade in Utrecht will flash for three months as part of a municipal trial. They will then be switched off completely for three months to assess whether they are needed. If the trial goes well, the traffic lights may be removed permanently.
