A tree fell during the Urban Walk on Saturday morning in Dommelstraat, striking Monique van den Braak-Bastian, 47, who was walking with her husband Harrie and five colleagues from Vitalis. She fell to the ground.

An earlier report said the tree fell at about 8:15 a.m. and that the condition of affected walkers was unknown. The later report identified Van den Braak-Bastian as the person struck but did not state her condition.
