Suzan & Freek's new single, "Pijnstiller", entered the Dutch Top 40 at number one within a week of its release, their first time reaching the chart's top position. The duo said they had not expected the result and were particularly moved by messages from listeners about what their music means to them. The duo is also scheduled to give a one-off performance at Paradiso in Amsterdam on 13 November, the day their new album is released, playing its songs live for the first time. Demand for the presale was high, with 16,000 fans reported to have queued on the venue's website.
