Social problems are increasingly affecting forest areas

A ranger said that social problems were increasingly reaching the outskirts of forest areas. The ranger described drug dumping as a growing problem, said poaching occurred in some places and reported that more homeless people were living in the forest. According to the ranger, they kept returning as long as they had nowhere else to go.
