Postponement of the Six Kings Slam in Saudi Arabia

The Six Kings Slam tennis exhibition tournament in Saudi Arabia, which had been scheduled for the following week, was postponed until late December after recent Houthi attacks on the kingdom. Organizers cited security, organizational and logistical reasons and hope to hold it from 27 to 30 December. A single report said Riyadh International Airport would remain closed until Saturday evening.

The same report said Saudi Arabia's national football competition postponed three matches until December, while six others will go ahead. Al-Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo's club, is among the teams not playing that weekend; the league cited logistical considerations and mandatory rest periods, with airport closures requiring lengthy bus travel for away matches.
