Shots were fired at the asylum seekers' shelter in Albergen on Monday night, in what was described as the third shooting at the site. Mayor Anko Postma of Tubbergen condemned the incident as unacceptable. Postma said that the shelter can prompt strong feelings, but that residents must respect one another despite differing views on its temporary occupants.
