A judge found that Hotel Duinzicht on Schiermonnikoog had been sold to the daughter of a controversial property manager. Owner Gilles Harthoorn had signed the purchase agreement, the judge found. Harthoorn raised too late his condition that the buyer had to be of undisputed conduct.
