The curators of bankrupt bicycle manufacturer Accell sold the rights to the Dutch bicycle brands Batavus, KOGA and Babboe to Dutech Holdings, described as a Singaporean investment company. Accell’s IT platform and its Hungarian operations are also part of the sale. Part of the workforce may transfer to the new owner.
