Rutger Vink has reportedly not proposed to his friend Thomas van Grinsven after more than a decade of waiting. Vink said the proposal has not happened because he is too perfectionistic and wants the moment to be right and unexpected, which he considers difficult because Van Grinsven always knows everything.
