Russia’s Prosecutor General’s Office added the Dutch knowledge platform RAAM, which provides information about Russia and Eastern Europe, to its list of undesirable organisations. RAAM is the first Dutch media-related organisation reported to receive the designation.

RAAM said the designation is used for organisations whose activities are deemed a threat to Russia’s constitutional order, defence capability or state security. The measure makes the platform’s activities in Russia practically impossible.
