Passenger association Rover said there were opportunities to improve bus and train connections from Eindhoven across the Belgian border to places including Lommel, Turnhout and Antwerp. It identified five connections that could potentially be introduced immediately or in the future, while describing current bus links across the border as inadequate and the train journey to Belgium as difficult.
