Rover calls for renewed regional transport talks
◆2 sources
Traveller organisation Rover called on trade unions and employers in regional transport to quickly resume negotiations in their collective labour agreement dispute, seeking to prevent prolonged industrial action. It warned that recurring strikes are harming public transport as travellers find alternatives and may not return quickly, which it said could damage regional transport and employment in the country over time.
