Remco van Lent, 62, drives a Chevrolet Malibu and has been driving classic cars for several years. He became interested in American cars after seeing the film “Christine” and now organises meetings of classic-car enthusiasts. He said driving the Malibu made him feel almost as if he were floating because he felt little contact with the road.
