The province of Zuid-Holland may impose a definitive preferential right on the land of the former DSM plant in Delft. Provincial representatives decided this on Wednesday evening. If the Swiss-Dutch chemical company sells the land, it must first offer it to the province. The province is researching the purchase to make room for businesses and expand Delft’s biotechnology campus.
