Residents and the Cyclists’ Union have long wanted the former bicycle crossing on the N225 in Doorwerth to be reinstated. The municipality of Renkum supports the change, and an independent traffic agency considers it the best solution. The provincial government maintains that the crossing will not be readjusted.
