The Party for the Animals in The Hague City Council proposed banning drones from nature reserves. It said drones disturb birds and that, although flights over protected natural areas are prohibited, they still occur and no fines are issued.

The proposal described nature as not a playground for drones. No decision on the proposal was reported.
