Two business units in Cuijk still have no connection to the electricity grid despite agreements with Enexis, according to the account. Enexis has offered an emergency solution involving a lighter grid connection, but project developer Herman Heemskerk says he wants the connection that was promised and is taking the matter to court. Trust in Enexis has reportedly fallen sharply after what he described as two previous failures, with a third such incident unacceptable to him.
