More than four in ten residents of the Netherlands took measures in the past year to prepare for risks including terrorism, war, cyber threats and natural disasters, the highest share since 2022. The finding came from an Ipsos I&O survey conducted for the National Coordinator for Counterterrorism and Security (NCTV).
