A measles epidemic has been reported in Pennsylvania in the United States. Vaccination coverage in the Netherlands is lower than in that state in many areas, and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) says there is a good chance that measles will break out in the Dutch Bible Belt.
