Police took servers offline this week that were used in a proxy service through which criminals could abuse the IP addresses of citizens and businesses. A specialist team from the North Holland police unit investigated the network. The network involved nearly 178,000 devices worldwide, including hundreds in the Netherlands, according to the report.
