Ten years after the signing of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Overijssel was reported to still not be accessible to everyone. Provincial deputy Martijn Dadema discussed the steps being taken, areas where improvement is needed and when people with disabilities can participate fully. He said that continued hard work is needed.
