The construction of two nuclear power plants in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen could benefit the Terneuzen region, but could also put pressure on its viability. The housing market, labour market, healthcare and accessibility could come under strain, according to a socio-economic impact assessment by engineering firm Antea Group.
