Alderman Suzan Derks, responsible for mobility and a member of the CDA, opened a new cycle path along the Urnenweg in Knegsel. Cyclists said they were pleased with the opening and no longer feared passing trucks. Cycling in and around the municipality of Eersel is described as becoming safer, more comfortable and more pleasant.
