The Dutch government launched the “Think ahead” campaign to encourage people to assemble an emergency package containing items such as canned food, bottled water and an emergency radio. Despite the campaign, the majority still reportedly does not have one. Some people are reluctant to prepare, with one person calling the effort nonsensical and frightening.
