Ton Witkamp was reportedly assaulted by a group of young men and hospitalized in April. During a mediation meeting around Easter, he met the men again and was photographed with them. Witkamp said they were not violent predators but, in fact, nice guys. The incident was linked to the aggressive Snapchat trend known as “jumping.”
