A meal delivery driver brought shoarma, fries, salad and cola to the cell complex on Vogelstraat in Den Bosch on Sunday night after a prisoner’s family placed the order. Police said outside food deliveries to detainees are not allowed and that the meal was discarded under protocol.

A report said detainees at the complex receive breakfast, lunch and dinner.
