The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Aruba said its investigation, including video footage, indicated that the 23-year-old woman from Rotterdam who died in an accident on Aruba on 13 September had been driving the SUV herself. Her family had expressed doubts over who had been behind the wheel. The investigation into the accident has not yet been completed.
